1. Definitions

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account with idn33, you must complete our online registration form, providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Indonesian mobile phone number
• Residential address
• Preferred username and secure password

You agree to provide only truthful and accurate information during registration and to promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information may result in account suspension or termination.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

idn33 is required by our licensing jurisdiction to verify the identity of all account holders. Before processing your first withdrawal (and periodically thereafter), you will be required to submit the following documents:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government document dated within the last three (3) months showing your name and residential address

Documents must be clear, legible, and show all four corners. Photocopies, screenshots, or edited images will not be accepted. 5.2 Deposit Processing

Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your verified name.

First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 20,000,000 may be subject to additional security review, which may extend processing time up to 24 hours. This is standard industry practice to prevent fraud and money laundering.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

In accordance with international anti-money laundering regulations, idn33 requires that all deposits be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 1,000,000 (whether those bets win or lose) before requesting a withdrawal. This requirement applies to the deposit amount only, not to any winnings generated from that deposit.

Repeated patterns of depositing and immediately withdrawing without wagering may be flagged as potential money laundering activity and will result in account investigation and possible closure.

5.5 Inactive Account Fees

Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000, deducted from the account balance until either the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. We will provide thirty (30) days advance notice via email before applying any inactive account fees.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

idn33 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to our members. Participation in any bonus offer is entirely voluntary. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all specific terms and conditions associated with that promotion, which will be clearly stated on the promotional page or in the bonus notification email.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. For example, if you receive a Rp 100,000 bonus with 25x wagering, you must place Rp 2,500,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings.

Not all bets contribute equally toward wagering requirements:

• Sports bets with odds 1.75 or higher: 100% contribution
• Sports bets with odds below 1.75: 50% contribution

6.3 Bonus Abuse

• Using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting on opposite outcomes of the same event)
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus systems
• Exploiting software errors or system glitches to gain unfair bonus advantage

Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses cancelled, winnings voided, and may face permanent account closure.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by idn33. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases of:

• Suspected fraudulent or collusive betting patterns
• Technical errors resulting in incorrect odds
• Bets placed after an event has already started (for pre-match markets)
• Bets that exceed position limits or maximum payout thresholds

Once a bet is confirmed (you receive a bet slip number), it is considered accepted and cannot be cancelled or modified. Always verify your bet details before submitting.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, including football (bandar bola), mix parlay accumulators, and Asian handicap markets, the following rules apply:

• Settlement Basis: All bets are settled based on official results declared by the relevant sports governing body at the time of event completion. Subsequent disqualifications, penalties, or result changes do not affect settlement.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on idn33 and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance (minus any pending wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within 7 business days. Voluntary account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

9.3 Suspension by idn33

10. Limitation of Liability

10.3 Maximum Liability

10.4 Force Majeure

idn33 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, power failures, internet service provider failures, or failures of third-party service providers.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Complaint Process

If you have any complaint regarding our services, you must first attempt to resolve the issue through our internal complaint process:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which idn33 holds its primary gaming license. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms that cannot be resolved through mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
